Founded by Sonny in 1973 and still run by his family, The Bagel Factory is a certified kosher bakery. Every bagel is kettle-boiled and baked fresh from 6 AM, from the classic Everything to jalapeño, blueberry, and rye. We pile our lox, house spreads, and smoked salmon high the old-fashioned way, and we bake fresh challah too. Grab a baker's dozen for the table or a signature sandwich for the road.
